A studio inspired by Himachal is a State in North of India
situated in the heart of Western Himalayas. It is around
7000 meters above sea level with beautiful mountains and
terraced fields. All houses have mica grey tiles on the
slopping roofs with fire place for heating. The Himachalies
wear colourful dresses with geometrical motives in vibrant
colours woven in sheep wool. They wear traditional gold
and silver ornaments. The state of Himachal is called
the Valley of Gods as it is dotted with pagoda type temples.
In Studio Himachal, we have tried to bring the flavour
of the State of Himachal with an artificial fire place,
sloping mica slate bed posts with a king size bed, bed
spreads and curtains made of kullu-patti and the paintings
brought from Himachal. The Studio has Mini Bar, Colour
TV, Airconditioner with remote. It has got woolen carpeted
flooring with a big size ward robe for your extra storage
when on long stay. It is attached with a toilet with Bath
tub having running hot and cold water.
